Mini city mint
Very fresh and delicate taste with the smell of summer. Need a bit of fun myself sometimes afford. Per serving 175 calories

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    250 g

  • Sour cream

    125 g

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Starch

    1 Tbsp

  • Ice cream

    50 g

  • Mint

    1 handful

  • Pistachios

    10 g

Cooking

A handful of mint leaves. Puree them in a blender. Add the sugar. Well whisk.

Add in mint eggs. Whisk.

Add sour cream. Or yoghurt. Whisk.

Sent back the cheese. Well whisk. Latest added starch.

Pour mixture into cups. Close the lids. You can just close with cling film. Put in a steamer for 15 min.

The dessert is ready to get. Let cool and put in refrigerator for 2 hours.

Take out before serving. Put on top of some ice cream, pistachios and mint leaves. Enjoy!)
