Cupcake Cappuccino
Delicious delicate dessert with the aroma of coffee. In the cooking process realized that it is possible to prepare not only the steamer, but traditionally bake.


  • Flour

    150 g

  • Sugar

    125 g

  • Powdered sugar

    100 g

  • Sour cream

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Soda

    0.25 tsp

  • Instant coffee

    1 tsp

  • Coffee natural

    1 Tbsp

  • Water

    70 ml

  • Cocoa powder

    1 tsp


Mix flour, powdered sugar, baking powder and salt.
In a blender beat eggs and sour cream.
All join and add instant coffee. Stir well. Poured into molds, cover with lids or foil and put in a steamer for 20 min.
Brew very strong coffee in a cezve, pour in a Cup, allow to cool.
Whisk sugar, egg whites, baking soda and 2 tbsp cold coffee. Put in a water bath until the mixture turns into a thick meringue.
When the cupcakes have cooled, spread them on the coffee glaze and sprinkle with cocoa.
