Rice porridge with chicken
Danchuk or taktuk - complicated Korean name of this dish translates quite simply: "PAA" – rice porridge, and Dak is chicken. This food is included in the daily menu of many Koreans. Besides that it is delicious, Danchuk is incredibly useful.

Ingredients

The original recipe States that it makes one serving. But I tell You what happens a lot, never thought that Koreans eat so much. If You are cooking for a family (4 people), you can take a whole chicken (as stated in the original) and cook as much as 2 hours to complete cooking. Take chicken thigh, wash, pour 1 liter of water and cook for 1 hour, removing the scum.
