Marmalade glaze
I had lemon marmalade, so I thought, why not try to make it a glaze. Tried, turned out delicious and flavorful! Perfect for cakes, biscuits and pastries. So that's cochinilla this recipe is very interesting, unusual, tasty glaze! Help yourself and you, my dear Powerade!

Ingredients

  • Marmalade

    12 piece

  • Sugar

    4 Tbsp

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

You can take any marmalade - strawberry, lemon, Apple, etc. - to your taste! I had yellow, lemon. Chop the jelly into pieces in a small saucepan.

Add sour cream, sugar and butter. Melt.

As the mixture comes to a boil and cook, stirring, for 10-15 minutes. When glaze starts to thicken a little and gurgle slow down, turn off the heat.
