You have absolutely no time to cook and want something tasty?!? There is a solution! Prepare "pasta& quot;! what could be easier?! This is an unusual combination of flavors, woven together by a delicate creamy sauce... mmmmm...:)

Ingredients

  • Pasta

    350 g

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Olive oil

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Milk

    50 ml

  • Cream cheese

    50 g

  • Spices

  • Salt

Cooking

Prepare all the necessary products. Put a pot of water on the fire

Chop the mushrooms slices

Put the pan on the stove, heat it in oil

Fry the mushrooms until Golden brown

Meanwhile, in boiling salted water, add pasta. Very important - do NOT OVERCOOK!

In the pan with the mushrooms, add finely chopped garlic, fry for 1-2 minutes. Pour the cream. Salt.

If desired, the sauce can be diluted with a small amount of milk, so it will be more "silky". Mix well.

For a couple of minutes until cooked drain the pasta in a colander and add them to the creamy mushroom sauce. Mix well.
