When you stand in the kitchen and in front of you lie the seafood, to think, what to do with them can be very long. Because of them you can do whatever you want. Here we are with my husband, remembering the statement that all ingenious is simple, I prepared this dish for a dinner devoted to Valentine's day! And raising glasses in voice proposed a toast: "give me tonight"!

Ingredients

  • Squid

    400 g

  • Shrimp

    300 g

  • Mussels

    300 g

  • Leeks

    20 g

  • Butter

    10 g

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Cream

    5 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    30 g

  • Salt

  • Lemon

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

Prepared by marine inhabitants. Carcass wash squid, mussels and shrimp defrosts. Drop the squid in boiling salted water for a few minutes.

Onions fry in butter.

Add mussels, cover and simmer literally 1-1.5 minutes.

Pour the shrimp, a little salt and pepper, add soy sauce and simmer for another couple of minutes.

Squid cut into rings and stacked in a form that stuff.

Tomato pour over boiling water, remove the skins and cut into dice. To the tomatoes add the cheese and cream. With a blender, prepare the sauce. Stuffed squid pour the resulting sauce! Put in preheated oven for a few minutes. Bon appetit!
