Vegetable steamed buns of semolina stuffed with spinach
Useful, air, vegetable rolls cooked in a double boiler. Who are interested, please treat!!!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Semolina

    150 g

  • Yeast

    1 tsp

  • Brown sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Spinach

  • Water

    180 ml

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

1. Grind the spinach with an immersion blender, I immediately to the spinach added 180 ml of water.

2. In the bread machine pan place all ingredients (EXCEPT SODA)

set the mode to "Basic dough".

At the end of kneading, the dough is put into the bowl the baking soda diluted in a little water and vmese in the dough. The dough was quite sticky so I oiled hand with vegetable oil so the dough does not stick. To form buns, obvalivaya them in flour ( so the form will hold better). A container for steam cooking grease with vegetable oil. Cook the buns for a couple 10-15 minutes.
