Macaroni and cheese
You think you know all about macaroni and cheese? Simple and many well-known delicacy of childhood... But I thought so too, until one day a few years ago when I saw on TV this recipe. It was prepared by a chef from Europe, when he announced that he was going to prepare "Macaroni and cheese", I thought they were crazy, the porridge pudding would call, the macaroni and cheese to cook teach. But decided out of curiosity. What I saw, I liked, and now this dish is a regular guest at our dinners. The aroma is simply amazing, the taste is awesome, ask all to the table.

Ingredients

  • Pasta

  • Milk

    250 ml

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Sunflower oil

Cooking

Put water for boiling pasta. In hot oil passeruem sliced leeks until soft.

Add the chopped in small pieces breast. Fry on high heat until it all gets.

Add chopped mushrooms and soy sauce. Stir. Simmer for another 5-7 minutes. Turn on the oven heating at 180-200 degrees.

For the filling in a saucepan pour the milk, add to melted cream cheese and half of grated semi-hard cheese. Heated to dissolve the cheese. Somewhere around 40-50 degrees. Boil this mixture impossible.

In boiling water boil the pasta until soft. Recline in a colander. Then mix the pasta with the mushroom filling. Spread in a baking dish. Pour the warm cheese sauce.

Sprinkle the remaining grated cheese and put to bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes, until cheese is nicely browned. The smell around the house will float such that Pets will gather in the kitchen without invitation)))
