You think you know all about macaroni and cheese? Simple and many well-known delicacy of childhood... But I thought so too, until one day a few years ago when I saw on TV this recipe. It was prepared by a chef from Europe, when he announced that he was going to prepare "Macaroni and cheese", I thought they were crazy, the porridge pudding would call, the macaroni and cheese to cook teach. Cooking
Put water for boiling pasta. In hot oil passeruem sliced leeks until soft.

In boiling water boil the pasta until soft. Recline in a colander. Then mix the pasta with the mushroom filling. Spread in a baking dish. Pour the warm cheese sauce.
