Liver eggplant

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

  • Beef liver

    300 g

  • Salt

  • Ginger

  • Oregano

    1 tsp

  • Thyme

    1 tsp

  • Allspice

    6 piece

  • Black pepper

  • Onion

Eggplant, peel off skins, cut along the thin plates. Sprinkle liberally with salt and put in the basket of a double boiler.

Select "vegetables" and add the steamer for 5 minutes.

The liver serve cut into slices. Peel the onion and cut into rings.
