Steam cheesecake
Quick to prepare, low-calorie pudding for lovers of cheese. Delicate and airy, the taste of which complements the sauce from different frozen berries and fruits. I suggest to try 3 different taste. Can be eaten warm or cold.

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    250 g

  • Semolina

    1 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sour cream

    1 Tbsp

  • Milk

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    50 g

  • Vanilla

  • Potato starch

    1 tsp

  • Strawberry

    1 Tbsp

  • Raspberry

    1 Tbsp

  • Fruit

    2 Tbsp

  • Cherry

    2 Tbsp

In a bowl put the cheese, sour cream, milk, egg, vanilla, sugar (50 g) and semolina

Mix all with a spoon until smooth

Frozen berries (strawberries + raspberries, cherries)and a mixture of tropical fruits set in turn in the microwave for 10 seconds each mug. Take out, add in strawberries+raspberries 1.5 tsp. sugar and 1/3 teaspoon of cornstarch. In cherry 2 tsp sugar and 1/3 tsp of starch. In a mixture of tropical fruit with 1 tsp of sugar and 1/3 teaspoon of cornstarch.

Silicone molds ( I have 6 pieces of diameter 8 cm, height 4 cm)grease drain. oil, put in the steamer. Spread berries and fruits

Spread on top of the curd mass. Include a steamer for 15 minutes.

After the signal to open and carefully take out the ramekins from the steamer on the table.

Wait 5 minutes!!! Then put on top of each mould plate and carefully turn over the pudding. Especially tasty with cold milk. Bon appetit!!!
