Rolls of pork with prunes
This dish is an amazing combination of flavors and aromas. Tender rolls are good either hot or cold.

Ingredients

  • Pork

    300 g

  • Prunes

    70 g

  • Ginger

  • Brown sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Water

    50 ml

  • Star anise

    1 piece

  • Carnation

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Soy sauce

  • Olive oil

Ginger root clean and grind. Prunes cut into pieces. If prunes are highly hard, then you soak it first in water.

In a skillet or frying pan, heat olive oil and fry it with ginger star anise and cloves for about 1 minute. Add the prunes, sugar, water and pomeshivaya simmer until water is gone. When boil the water to hold still a few moments on the fire on and off. Star anise and cloves to remove.
