This delicate, thin biscuit just melts in your mouth. "Thuile" is French for tile. Offer to cook this wonderful cookies with me.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    50 g

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Almonds

Almonds, pour boiling water, cool, then peel.

Spread the almonds on the pan, slightly fry.

Grind almonds in a coffee grinder not in large grains.

Add to the dough almond crumb. Quickly and thoroughly mix.

I want to note that the cookies should bake on silicone mats or silicone baking sheets! Silicone baking sheet with a teaspoon put the dough, flatten the pancake. Place the silicone pan in a preheated 180C oven, bake each batch of cookies for 5-6 min.
