Description

Cream custard
Very tasty sweet cream for cakes and pastries.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    0.75 cup

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Milk

    2 cup

  • Semolina

    3 Tbsp

  • Butter

    150 g

  • Lemon peel

    1 tsp

Cooking

Beat eggs with sugar and vanilla in a small metal saucepan. Add the semolina and grated lemon zest, beat again.

Whisking continuously pour a thin stream of warm milk.

Put the saucepan on a medium heat, bring mixture to a boil and cook until thick, stirring constantly. Then the fire abated, put into a hot mass of butter and cook until complete dissolution of the oil, continuously stirring the mixture with a spoon.

The cream to cool and good cooling.

Then whip for about 3-4 minutes until white lush mass.

The cream is ready! You can fluff cakes and brownies!
