Homemade cheese with curry and dill
If You have soured milk, do not rush duty bake pancakes or pies. Prepare it a wonderful home-made cheese that will delight You and Your household, its delicate flavor.

Ingredients

  • Milk

    1 l

  • Sour cream

    4 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Curry

    0.5 tsp

  • Dill

  • Lemon juice

    1 tsp

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

In a saucepan pour the soured milk. Add lemon juice and begin to heat up.

While the milk heats up, whisk in a mixer the eggs with the sour cream, add curry, salt and black pepper. Then pour the mixture in a thin stream into the milk, stir and leave to heat up on medium heat for about 20-25 minutes.

Dill finely chop and add to the saucepan

When the serum has separated, pour the mixture into a cheesecloth laid in a colander, and put under oppression

After two hours the cheese cools. Now it can be freed from the gauze and from oppression - not to leave all the liquid and it becomes too hard and dry

Now it needs to go in the fridge for one hour, then take out, slice and eat!
