Put a wad of curdled milk (without opening it!) in the freezer for 2 days.
Then get a pack of free yogurt from the paper packaging (easily relieved). Put the colander with the cheesecloth on the pot, put it in frozen yogurt and leave overnight.
In the morning take out the finished cheese (about 180 g).
And the resulting serum apply at their discretion (for example, drinking on an empty stomach - a huge benefit!)
