Girls, I want to share with You the recipe of a extraordinary batter! This batter is fantastic, the bomb! (Believe me, I so many different klarov tried...) the Mushrooms in this insanely crispy batter good and eaten so quick!   • Mushrooms

    7 piece

  • Potato starch

    90 g

  • Flour

    170 g

  • Salt

    1 tsp

For the batter combine the cornstarch, flour, salt, sugar and baking powder.
To the dry mixture gradually add the vegetable oil and water at room temperature, while stirring continuously. The batter should not be too liquid! (the consistency is like thick crepes/ pancakes). Then add the sesame seeds, mix and put at least 15 minutes in the refrigerator.
At this time, the mushrooms clean and wipe with a damp cloth (do not wash!). Cut into thin slices.
In slow cooker add 300 ml of vegetable oil. Enable the "Control" of 160 degrees. Time - 30 minutes. (You can, of course, to cook in the pan, but in a slow cooker I like more: 1) less spray; 2) supported by a certain temperature)
