Homemade cheese with mushrooms
I love quick recipes))) Surprise your loved ones with delicious homemade cream cheese. It can be used as a spread on a sandwich/pita and is also good in the sauce to the pasta.

Ingredients

  • Cheese

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Mushrooms

    150 g

  • Greens

Cooking

Curd mix with egg. I have a regular cottage cheese of 9%.
