Cheese cake in a slow cooker
I've never baked anything in a slow cooker, traditionally prefer baking in the oven. But, thanks to the competition from the company "Vitek,& quot; I had to try to do it. Cupcake baked in MV "Vitek& quot; VT-4206-R and was pleased with the result. The cake was so airy, delicate and delicious. Come on in and get.


  • Flour

    290 g

  • Butter

    150 g

  • Sugar

    300 g

  • Cheese

    300 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Leavening agent

    2 tsp

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Vegetable oil

  • Powdered sugar


Curd RUB through a sieve.
Soft butter to mix with sugar and whisk (whisk not less than 10-15 min!!!)
Add the cheese, stir and whisk until a homogeneous smooth mass.
Add one or more eggs, each time a little whisking. Then thoroughly mix the mixture.
In the sifted flour add baking powder and salt. Stir. Viseporodicnog added to the mixture and mix well dough (do not whisk!)
Bowl MV grease well with vegetable oil. Spread the batter, even out.
Select the program "Bakery", set the time - 1H.25 min. (I have in the photo is 55 min, but I was not enough, the cupcake during this time do not have time to baked, baked it for another 30 min.)
Take out the cake from MV, cool it down and liberally sprinkle with powdered sugar.
