Cake
My dear cooks, I want to thank You all for your support and congratulations on the birthday, for the beautiful wishes and cards on my wall. It just so happened that all of August I had downloaded, which reads "in full" worked seven days a week. Even in their anniversary was on shift. So today I want all of You to invite yourself to a Cup of tea-coffee with my signature cake. Go!

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Cocoa powder

    1 Tbsp

  • Instant coffee

    1 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    1.5 tsp

  • Sour cream

    500 g

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Banana

    2 piece

  • Sesame

    4 Tbsp

Cream, have already separated the cream 500 g. this time I took 700 g of sour cream (20% and 15%). Put the sour cream in a crisp bag or a towel, tie the ends and hang on some hours for expressing serum.

Sift the flour, add the coffee, cocoa, baking powder and mix well.

Beat the eggs in a light foam, then add sugar and beat with a mixer for 7-10 minutes (should be bright, air mass).

In stages add the dry mixture, stirring gently with a spatula the dough. The dough should be a pleasant, creamy texture and flow off the spatula.

To the remaining cream add 3/4 of biscuit crumbs, reserve 1/4 for the decoration, cut small slices of bananas and toasted sesame seeds. Mix well.

Cover with a "hat" presses on all sides left daubed cream.

Boca sprinkle with the remnants of the biscuit crumbs, pressing down well to the sides of the cake. Decorate as You allow your imagination. Remove for a few hours in the fridge.
