Poppy seed cake
Poppy cakes on the site a lot, I already placed one your favorite recipe. Revising its old culinary record, I remembered another recipe. The products are simple. A cake is tall, curvy, moderately moist, flavorful. Poppy and nuts blend perfectly! Invited to a tea party! And this is my 300th recipe on this site!


  • Flour

    130 g

  • Sour cream

    200 g

  • Leavening agent

    8 g

  • Sugar

    200 g

  • Mac

    100 g

  • Nuts

    120 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece


Nuts grind in a blender into a medium crumb.
In the sifted flour, add baking powder and mix well.
Beat eggs with sugar in a fluffy white foam.
Add sour cream and beat again (briefly).
Add poppy seeds and chopped nuts. Stir with a spatula!!!
Add the flour and mix well until smooth. The dough should be a thick pouring.
The Cup multivarki grease with vegetable oil, pour the batter. If You bake a cake in the oven, then preheat it to 180°C, shape, Ø 20-22 cm grease with vegetable oil, pour the batter and bake for about 30-40 minutes (dry to splinter). Be guided by your oven!
Select the program "Cakes" and set time 65 min.
Upon completion of the program take out the cake using the bowls for roasting, allow to cool completely.
