Orange Charlotte
Recipe taken from the book attached to multivarku "Panasonic". Looking at the website, this recipe is not found, and decided that this recipe can be published. The recipe, however, silent corrected. Who likes oranges baked goods, come on in!

Ingredients

  • Margarine

  • Powdered sugar

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Orange

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    300 g

  • Flour

    240 g

  • Chicken egg

    5 piece

Eggs lightly whisk, continuing to whisk, add sugar and gradually introduce the flour and baking powder.

Oranges wash. From one orange to remove the zest, you get about two teaspoons.

Oranges clean, disassemble into slices, if there are seeds, remove them. Each slice cut into two parts.

Zest oranges and add to the batter and mix gently.

Lightly grease the pan (bottom and walls to half height), pour the dough.

To cook in the "baking" 65 minutes. To check the readiness of Charlotte with a wooden stick if the inside is raw, then add another 15 minutes of baking (and that was me done). At the end of cooking turn off the appliance, open the lid. Apple pie ready to leave in the pan for 3-4 minutes, then turn the cake on a wire rack and cool.
