Eateries custard cake
Eateries eclairs. This recipe kept since time immemorial, but not in the Notepad and in the head... So did not know how best to label these products. Like and not cookies, not cakes, and not biscuits... a Good addition to beer or tea. And so simply, without anything, very good used.

Do regular choux pastry. In a saucepan pour water, add salt and put the butter. When the water boils, add flour and mix thoroughly. Remove from the heat and allow to cool a little.
