Lentil soup eaten, salads of all kinds too... Try the lentil Patty, you will not regret... Diversify your table with delicious and healthy food!

Ingredients

  • Lentils

    1 cup

  • Onion

    6 piece

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

  • Spices

  • Bread crumbs

    1 cup

Lentils washed and soaked at least 10 hours

Onions chop and fry in vegetable oil with spices until Golden brown. The more onions, the better!

After 10 hours the lentils increased in 2 times. Recline in a colander. Skip it through a meat grinder together with onion. Salt, pepper, add seasonings. Thoroughly knead the lentil stuffing.

The breadcrumbs I make myself in the blender. To grind the crackers, I add turmeric and they become the better purchase... and way cheaper!

From making meat patties, coat in breadcrumbs, fry for 5 minutes on each side until Golden brown in vegetable oil, and under the hood go ahead for another 5 minutes. Ready! Bon appetit!
