Soup
Recently watched a program on the first channel, and I was attracted by the soup which was prepared by Nelly Kobzon. Everyone who tried the soup really liked it. My soup I was making on personal perceptions and in the original recipe looked. All by memory. It turned out delicious!

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    400 g

  • Chicken liver

    400 g

  • Green peas

    200 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Water

    2 l

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

Cooking

Set the mode of the "Small volume" to heat the oil, start to fry, cut into medium cubes, onions.

Then add the carrots, chopped same as onion, diced, and cook until soft.

In the carrots, onion, put the frozen mushrooms, cook about 15 minutes. The original recipe uses mushrooms, I decided to replace them with mushrooms.

To change the mode to "Soup", add water to the level of 2 liters. Bring to a boil.

After 15 minutes, add green peas.

After 5 minutes, chicken liver, washed and chopped.

Cook with the lid closed on the "Soup" for another 20 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
