Chocolate pie
Chocolate cakes, not much happens... Delicate, airy cake with dried cranberries and cherries, which complement the chocolate flavor of the cake, perfect for morning coffee or evening tea. But if this cake will appear on the festive table, the hostess will receive lots of pleasant compliments from guests.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    150 g

  • Butter

    150 g

  • Sugar

    150 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Cocoa powder

    3 Tbsp

  • Instant coffee

    1 tsp

  • Water

    1 Tbsp

  • Cherry

    50 g

  • Cranberry

    50 g

  • Cream

    50 ml

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Cocoa powder

    3 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Cream

    100 ml

  • Butter

    1 tsp

Cooking

The softened butter vzbit with sugar.

Still whisking, to enter the eggs one by one. Pour the cream.

Coffee diluted in a tablespoon of water and add to egg-oil mixture.

Sift the flour, cocoa and baking powder in a separate bowl, mix well.

In three steps to enter the dry ingredients into the egg-oil mixture, stirring gently with a spatula from the bottom up until the dough becomes homogeneous.

Dried cherries, cut in 2-4 pieces and mix with cranberries.

Berries fell to the bottom of the baking process, roll them in flour. (I usually do it in the sieve, then extra flour remains, very convenient)

Add to the dough cranberries and cherries, mix well.

Put the dough in the bowl multivarki, greased thoroughly with butter. Choose the mode "PASTRIES", set time is 50 minutes. (or bake in oven at 180* 35-40 minutes)

For glaze, mix cocoa, sugar and cream. Heat over medium heat until the sugar is dissolved, stirring constantly. (4-5 minutes)

To ice the cake. And you can just melt in a water bath a bar of chocolate and pour them a cake. Grease a pie or jam/marmalade, or just sprinkled with powdered sugar. Decorate as desired.
