Kulesh in Ukrainian in a slow cooker

Ingredients

  • Millet

    1 cup

  • Potatoes

    4 piece

  • Fat

    150 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Greens

  • Salt

  • Curry

    0.5 tsp

Thoroughly wash the millet until the water transparency.

In the bowl multivarki pour 1.3 ml of water (I had beef broth). Set the mode suppression (because gruel is cooked on a slow fire). Add washed millet and chopped cube potatoes. Cook after boiling for 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, the fat (I had fresh, but I guess you and salty) finely chop and into the pan.

To melt the fat on medium heat until Golden Schrock. Add the finely sliced onions, grated carrots and fry until the onion has softened. I zazharku added preservatives (curry and cumin).

Zazharku add to the millet. Also add finely sliced garlic (or press). Cook for another 15-20 minutes.

After 20 minutes add the finely chopped herbs, salt, pepper, allow to infuse for 10-15 minutes and you can all call to the table.
