Cooking
Sift flour, add baking powder and mix well.
Soft butter (or margarine), sugar and cocoa good RUB. The consistency should be like plasticine.
Add eggs and beat well with a mixer (about 5 minutes).
Chocolate biscuit break into pieces and in a water bath to melt.
Slightly cool the melted chocolate and add to oil-egg mixture. Beat with a mixer couple of minutes.
Add the flour with the baking powder and mix well. The dough should be thick, viscous.
Bowl MV grease with vegetable oil and lay out our dough. Level. Choose the mode "Pastries", set time - 1 hour 10 min. If no CF, then put the dough in shape with a diameter of 22 cm and bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 45-50 minutes (until dry kindling). Be guided by your oven!
While baked biscuit, coffee cream grind in a mortar to a powder.
The chocolate cream will break into pieces and grind in a blender (or grate on a small grater).
Ready take out the cake with a bowl for roasting and let cool completely.
Cut the cooled cake into 2 layers. Since baking is a slight "dome" - cut it, and breaks into small pieces.
Prepare the cream: soft butter lightly beat with a mixer on the lowest speed. Add condensed milk and beat well into the cream.
Add the cream, powdered coffee and powdered chocolate. Beat with a mixer couple of minutes.
Well impregnate the cake with cold coffee.
Spread 1/3 of the cream, even out. Put on top of the cake, it is well impregnated with the remaining coffee.
Daubed cake top and sides with cream, sprinkle the cake sides with the sponge cake crumbs. And remove hours 2 - 4, (preferably overnight) in the refrigerator.
