Cooking

step-0
Pork cut into medium size pieces, small onion half-rings.
step-1
Prepare the meat in advance ( at least two hours before cooking), put it in a bowl, add spices (everything except the red hot peppers, if any of the spices you don't, you can do without it), vegetable oil (I use corn), vinegar, hand stir to distribute everything evenly, after put onion, stir again. In any case, do not add salt, put in the refrigerator. The longer the meat will last in the fridge, the better. You can marinate it the previous evening.
step-2
Peel the potato and cut into large chunks, each tuber into 5-6 parts.
step-3
Peel the onion and cut into half rings. The amount of onions depends on the preferences of your family, I take a lot.
step-4
Marinated meat and spread on a hot pan, fry for a few minutes until cooked add the onions, sprinkle with salt and fry until Golden brown. Remove from the pan.
step-5
In parallel with the hot meat, boil the potatoes. Drop it in boiling salted water and cook until soft (approximately 3 minutes after boiling), recline in a colander and douse with cold water. When the meat is ready, in the same pan where it was fried, fry until cooked potatoes, adding if necessary vegetable oil. Potatoes can be pre-and not boil, but, in my opinion, tastes better.
step-6
When the potatoes are ready, combine it with the meat, taste for salt, optional add red hot pepper, cover with a lid, turn off the fire and leave for a few minutes in the pan.
