Cheese cake
Wonderful product cheese! Offering fabulous recipe when I found it in cooking groups, pamper yourself.

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    600 g

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Gelatin

    20 g

  • White chocolate

    100 g

  • Dark chocolate

    100 g

  • Sugar

    6 Tbsp

  • Milk

    100 ml

  • Salt

Cooking

All cooked up: cheese, chocolate, cream, gelatin, sugar, salt.

Soak the gelatin in 100 ml of milk or water to complete swelling. Break the chocolate and melt in separate bowls (separate white, dark separately).

The swollen gelatin dissolve in a water bath. Curd and all ingredients divide into 2 parts, one part will be white chocolate, the other dark. 300 g of cottage cheese whipped in a blender with 3 tbsp sugar, 100 ml cream, 50 ml gelatin, 100 g of chocolate, a pinch of salt.

Put the mass into shape and put in the fridge. If there is no form, put a lot into a simple Cup. While part of the cheese mass cools, repeat with another chocolate bar.

Take out the cooled mass and it is the second spread part of the cheese-chocolate mixture, even out. Put into the fridge.
