Description
Very easy to prepare a hearty salad. It was in the menu of the brewery "Hans&q uot; we visited with family this summer in our Seaside capital of Vladivostok. The beer is not in its composition, it is understood that served beer. But I think that salad and no beer is also good!

Cooking
Pre-boil carrots, clean, cut into cubes. Smoked sausage and pickles cut into thin strips.
Add torn (or chopped) lettuce and finely chopped parsley.
Add the canned beans (white or red), I have been found in tomato sauce.
Add the mayonnaise with quail egg from "Mahe".
Mix the salad.
Serve, I used a serving ring.
Rye bread cut into slices, sprinkle with salt and dried in the oven. Sprinkle top of salad with rye croutons. Bon appetit!
