Ingredients

  • Pasta

    100 g

  • Fish

    200 g

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Butter

    40 g

  • Spices

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Dill

    2 Tbsp

  • Milk

    250 ml

  • Cheese

    80 g

  • Parmesan

Boil pasta according to instructions. 100 grams is the weight of dry pasta! If it's a bit more - nothing bad will happen...

Clean the Apple and cut into small slices or cubes.

The red fillet of smoked fish cut into strips, cubes, slices - whatever you like.

For the Bechamel sauce, melt the butter in a saucepan and debait the flour, stirring constantly. Cooking sauce needs on low heat.

In small portions add milk, without ceasing to interfere, and dissolve in this oil-flour mixture. When consisteny sauce is achieved, add salt, pepper, dill, lemon juice and grated hard cheese. Give the cheese to melt and remove from heat.

Mix in one container of pasta, sauce, fish and an Apple. If needed, add to taste.

Put in a baking dish greased with oil and lay out on gratin thin slices of butter. Cover with foil and bake in the oven at 200*C for 20 minutes.
