Description

Marinated roast pork in Cuban
For me this recipe was the real surprise and gift this year, and since I love pickles, then no doubt in its preparation was not an ounce! If you watched the film "chef& amp;quot;, then you should know, it's Cuban Mojo marinated roast pork from the film. Consultant chef in this film was super generous and shared his recipe! I just had a little listen to the advice of the blogger Rochelle and added, though in two times less than cane sugar! The recipe is liked, surprised and captivated by its taste! The meat turns out as though wrapped in the sauce and when cooked forms a delicate fragrant top coat!

Cooking

step-0
Meat pepper black ground pepper.
step-1
Prepare ingredients for marinade.
step-2
Garlic, ginger, lemon zest, mint and cilantro, punching in a blender.
step-3
Add juice, oil, Tabasco, cumin, salt, sugar and oregano and again to break through. PS the Meat is very spicy, if you like the softer taste, then reduce the dose of Tabasco 2 times.
step-4
Put the meat in a large container and pour marinade. Place in the refrigerator for 24 hours, at least 12.
step-5
The meat then place in a baking dish and pour the marinade in which it was located. Close foil and bake in pre-heated to 190-200"C oven for 1 hour. Focus on the thickness of meat and your oven!
step-6
Remove the foil and allow the meat to brown until Golden brown.
step-7
Serve hot. By placing the remaining sauce in a gravy boat.
step-8
And it's steak!
step-9
BUT!!! Most of all I conquered this meat in cold cuts!!! Highly recommend - try it! P. S. P. S. so that's the last of the 12th recipe in this contest, and since he was devoted to the New year, the number of prescriptions represents the number of months! With a holiday!
