Pickle in Polish
Ogorkowa Zupa. The difference between this soup of other options of pickle in the dressing, which consists of flour and sour cream. Thick, rich first course. If you use instead of beef broth-vegetable or mushroom, you get diet vegetarian version.

Ingredients

  • Onion

  • Sour cream

    5 Tbsp

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Pickled cucumber

    5 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Potatoes

    4 piece

  • Broth

    2 l

  • Brine

    1 cup

  • Salt

  • Butter

    10 g

Warm broth put diced potatoes, boil it until tender.

Grated carrot and fry with chopped onion in butter.

Add to the pan with the cucumber, then fried onions and carrots and pour a glass of brine.

In a bowl mix sour cream with flour and dilute with broth to the consistency of liquid sour cream.

    Рассольник очень понравился, только я добавила мясо, т. к. наша семья мясоеды, у меня даже дети ели, а они такие супы не очень любят.
