Pasta vegetable with spices
Very tasty, hearty and flavored pasta! Great dinner for the whole family.

Ingredients

  • Pasta

    250 g

  • Eggplant

    1 piece

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Tomato paste

    2 Tbsp

  • Greens

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Basil

    0.333 coup

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Water

    100 ml

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Cut the vegetables into cubes and

fry in vegetable oil.

Add water and a bit put out. When the water evaporate to half, add the tomato paste, stir and simmer for another 2-3 minutes.

While sauce is done, boil the pasta. To the sauce add the chopped greens, Basil and garlic. Season with salt and pepper and stir. Mix with the pasta.
