Almond milk
Almond milk is a delicious and infinitely useful health drink, which will bring you real pleasure and will give you energy and good mood for the whole day. It is very easy to prepare and consists of simple and accessible products, but the result will exceed all your expectations! Treat yourself and your loved ones!

Ingredients

  • Milk

    0.5 cup

  • Water

    0.5 cup

  • Almonds

    20 piece

  • Honey

    1 Tbsp

So, it starts with soaking almonds, beans. Place in a Cup 15-20 stuff tonsils and fill them with half Cup of warm boiled water. Leave overnight.

Now, after a few hours (or night), swollen mandalinci need to be peeled.

Place the peeled beans in a blender and pour them with water in which we soaked the almonds.

Turn on the blender and whisk the whole thing at maximum speed for 5 minutes. Just look what we have turned out beautiful!

Now add half Cup of fresh milk and one tablespoon of honey. Again turn on the blender for about a couple of minutes to thoroughly mixed.
