Description

Baked pork loin in Mandarin sauce
This is one of the most delicious holiday recipes roasted pork I have ever tasted. Juicy meat with a delicious glazed crust. Thought the tangerine flavor of the sauce will be more vibrant in taste, was, faint, in the end I liked everyone, and fans, and hate the fruit or citrus notes combined with the meat.

Ingredients

  • Pork

    1 kg

  • Mandarin

    4 piece

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    2 Tbsp

  • Honey

    1 tsp

  • Sauce

    1 tsp

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Salt

  • The mixture of peppers

  • Vegetable oil

    1 tsp

Cooking

step-0
Meat salt, pepper, leave to marinate.
step-1
From tangerines to squeeze the juice (it should be 400 grams), add the soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, hot sauce, pressed garlic, sea salt and ground black pepper to taste. If sauce is not, you can slice the peppers.
step-2
Pour the sauce in a saucepan, boil on the stove by half. It will be a little thickish and glossy.
step-3
Loin fry in small amount of vegetable oil on all sides until Golden brown. You should start with the sides. Thus we "seal up" the juiciness inside the meat.
step-4
Shift fried until Golden brown the meat in a baking dish. Pour in some water. Brush to grease it with sauce from all sides. Bake at 190* without convection 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, brush the meat with sauce again to reduce the temperature to 180* and continue to bake for another 20 minutes. Again brush the meat with sauce, reduce the heat to 170* and bake for another 20 minutes. This step again.
step-5
If desired, meat can be decorated with slices of oranges and greens.
