Pork belly cut into pieces. Brisket RUB with salt, seasoning, pepper and crushed garlic. Let stand at least one hour (I leave overnight).
Put the marinated brisket in the package (plastic bags for Breakfast), to remove air roll. The combined roll to put in the second package. Tie packages.
