Cookies for cucumber pickle
Very tasty pastries obtained on cucumber pickle, sweet and crumbly! These biscuits, which can be safely called a mini-biscuits, long shelf life and remains as a soft, slightly salty, with a mint flavor. On our website there are recipes using different brines, but I make it with cucumber. Try, cookies, vegetable and budget!

Ingredients

  • Brine

    1 cup

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Sunflower oil

    0.5 cup

  • Flour

    3 cup

  • Soda

    1 tsp

To prepare the ingredients for the recipe.

Brine, sugar and oil to combine and stir until smooth. Now for the brine. The brine needs to be delicious, fresh, will depend on the taste of the cookies. If the brine is very salty, take 3/4 Cup.

Add the flour, sifted through a sieve, soda (quenching is not necessary, the brine will repay instead of vinegar) and stir again.

Shape dough into balls

And put on a baking tray lined with baking paper (the distance between the balls should be 3-4 cm).

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and put it in a baking sheet of cookies for 10 minutes.
