Description
Simple cooking budget snack. It turns out very original and tasty. The idea is taken from the magazine "Gastronom" (11 /2010 ), but since the recipe itself was not, what proportion picked myself.

Cooking
Garlic cover with milk and set aside to infuse.
Meanwhile the bread, remove the crust and cut it into small pieces. Strain the milk and pour over the bread. When bread will get soggy, mash it with milk.
From the resulting "dough" put baskets. In the photo I have metal tins, but they eventually baskets to get failed. The best thing to do in silicone molds, but if still in metal, be sure to shoot them with baking paper.
Bake in a well preheated oven 40-50 minutes. Depending on oven it may take less time. Remove when slightly browned. If you make silicon molds, ready baskets (without molds) can be sent for a few more minutes in the oven to lightly dry the outside.
For filling, combine red onion, cod liver oil, Apple and parsley.
Put the filling in the pastry, and season with pepper, garnish with a leaf of parsley. Bon appetit!
