Beetroot
Found on the website versions of the beetroot, but somehow not the same. This soup we were fed last summer in Spain on the Mediterranean sea. When poured on the plates, I honestly thought that my children will not be, but what was my surprise when our Esena ate a few supplements, and the next day asked for it. Today for lunch was a Mediterranean beetroot. So delicious that I wanted to share.

Ingredients

  • Beets

    1 piece

  • Potatoes

    4 piece

  • Cucumber

    3 piece

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Salmon

    250 g

  • Yogurt

    1.5 l

  • Mineral water

    1.5 l

Cooking

Boil the potatoes, beets, eggs. To peel the vegetables. Mineral water and yogurt to cool.

Very small cubes chop the potatoes (do not overcook, then there will be small cubes)

Eggs cut into small but not mush. The cucumbers on a coarse grater strips (like noodles)

Cut the ham (jamon) noodles - thin and glinenko

Beets cut into small cubes.

In a pan with the meats, pour the yogurt and well promoseven. Let it stay for a couple of minutes. Then diluted with mineral water. Usually the proportion of 1x1. Salt. All mix well. And a little more to give to stand.
