Another recipe from our own piggy banks. The recipe was invented by the husband-experimenter, who once thought of the marinade sauce!!! The recipe is all so much that he permanently settled down here at home!!!

Cooking
Cut the meat into slices, not very large. To put it in a ovenproof form.
Onion peel and cut into slices. Place it in the bowl of the processor.
Grind it in pulse mode in mashed.
Cheesecloth folded into three layers, put on her onion puree and squeeze the juice into a bowl. Pour in onion juice 4 tbsp soy sauce Kikoman.
Pour the onion-soy marinade meat and leave it to marinate for 30 minutes. Put in the marinated meat and the teeth washed but not peeled garlic, season with salt and pepper and add rosemary.
