Beef liver stewed in cream
I always sincerely convinced, the liver I can cook... the Important thing for me is that the liver wasn't dry, accordingly, the heat treatment at a minimum... a Friend visited on (or in) the Ukraine and brought back this recipe... I was amazed at the time roasting in the oven, but still took a chance to cook. The result is stunning - the liver is unusually soft, juicy... This option I have not found, if there is, send a quick Hello, please! )))

Ingredients

  • Beef liver

    500 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Milk

    250 ml

  • Cream

    250 ml

  • Flour

  • Salt

  • Spices

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Liver clear from the films, cut into portions with a thickness of about 0,7-1 cm, Slightly discourage. Pour the milk for at least 2 hours.

Pour the milk. Each piece of liver roll in flour and fry in vegetable oil on each side for one minute.

Onion cut into half rings and fry in vegetable oil. The liver to lay in a baking dish, put on it the fried onions, pour cream, mixed with salt, seasonings. Put in oven preheated to 160 degrees for 1.5 (!!) hours. Bon appetit!!!
