I've been thinking what to call my evening improvisation. When I was preparing, it seemed that the meat will be from the East shade, but wrong. The meat was very juicy and tasty, albeit without any exotic and secret ingredients.

Ingredients

  • Pork

    600 g

  • Olive oil

    40 ml

  • Mustard

    50 ml

  • Garlic

    6 tooth

  • Soy sauce

    40 ml

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

For starters, make the marinade sauce: mix in a bowl the olive oil, mustard, soy sauce and spices. Thoroughly wash the meat, dry it with paper towels and make 3-4 cuts. Cooking brush to thoroughly coat the meat with the marinade, including coat and cuts. In sections insert the sliced garlic.

Tied the meat with string so it does not fall apart and the garlic fell out of the cuts.

On the bottom of the form for baking put foil in two layers on the meat, cover with a double layer of foil and fasten the lower and upper layers.
