Cooking

step-0
Onions chop, fry in vegetable oil. Mushrooms (I had mushrooms and a handful of dried white) to boil, cut up small, add to the onions. Properly fry, season with salt and pepper, add sour cream, mix well. Cool.
step-1
Recipes choux pastry on the site a lot. I prepared for the recipe Yulia Vysotskaya: sift the Flour. Oil, salt, sugar and water to combine in a saucepan and bring to a boil, remove from heat. Enter the flour, very vigorously vimosewa to cool for 2-3 minutes. Enter one of the eggs, the dough should look smooth and shiny. Spoon condit. a bag or syringe to put on the plate of the bulbs at a distance of 2-3 cm from each other. Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes at 180 degrees. The oven do not open!!! I suggest the first time around 2-3 pieces to bake on a sample, test your oven on the subject of being in her choux pastry. In General you should get these balls (or better!)
step-2
Saw on the website that these beads cut off the top. I suggest this method. Incision the side, what everybody's asking how the filling gets inside? Yes, that's right!
step-3
Our cooled mushrooms with a small spoon fill the eclairs. 2 teaspoons of one thing enough.
step-4
Grease a little mayonnaise on each éclair and top to RUB cheese into small teracce. But it's not for everybody and without this amazingly delicious. Pour a glass... And happy New Year!!! Try to do at Christmas, you will not regret!
