Beef jerky
Dear Cooks, I hasten today to treat simple beef jerky from Chef Ivan Gillardi (Nika Belotserkovskaya "Gastronomi cal recaptcha"). Bribed me this recipe for its simplicity and cooking time is only 1 week. But the meat turns out as the most expensive shelves in the store.

Ingredients

    1 kg

  • Salt

    1 kg

  • Black pepper

    1 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Rosemary

    1 Tbsp

  • Thyme

    1 Tbsp

  • Oregano

    1 Tbsp

  • Paprika sweet

    1 Tbsp

This recipe is suitable for conventional beef fillet and tenderloin. Dried fillet is soft and tender, and the filet is thin and a little stiff as a ham. We clean the meat. Coarse sea salt mixed with pepper. The meat is optionally cut into longitudinal pieces. The meat can be cut into 2-3 drumsticks.

Half of the salt mixture spread on the bottom of the form, put the meat. Fill the remaining with salt and pepper. Close foil and refrigerate for 12 hours.
