Flapjack with pumpkin

First of all, prepare the dough. In warm water dissolve salt in a Cup mix the flour, water, sunflower oil Oleina knead the dough. This is done easily, the dough turns smooth, elastic and does not stick to hands and the table. Wrap the dough in plastic and clean.

All major work done, take the dough. Experienced cooks say that the correct dough for cakes should be very thinly rolled. I think it's a matter of taste, I like thinly rolled dough, it turns out crunchy, and not very subtly - also good. So, divide the dough into 4 parts and each roll out. Spread tortillas on a baking sheet. Coat the dough with the garlic butter.
On the cake spread sliced pumpkin, oil. Season with salt and pepper, generously sprinkled with Provencal herbs, to taste the pumpkin wasn't fresh. Pumpkin goes well with vegetables, so it can be combined with any favorite vegetable. Bake in a well preheated oven 200* for 20 minutes.
Grate cheese. Cook a handful of seeds.
The cake remove from oven, sprinkle with seeds and cheese and once again send in the oven for 5 minutes. The finished cake sprinkle with your favorite herbs. Pumpkin goes well arugula, and Basil. I was served with sunflower sprouts. I have the spring on the windowsill ears of wheat, peas, sunflower seeds, growing cress, all these young shoots are eaten.
The cake is good alone, as a snack and also replaces the bread to the first and second dishes.
