My dear cooks, I honestly, in all variations reviewed by ingredients like dessert!! Not found, if there is such, excuse me! Well it is very simple to prepare and very tasty!!! Using a mixer or blender to mix the cottage cheese and boiled condensed milk. Once the mass is homogeneous, add the milk and mix thoroughly.

I took the cheese 5%, but it somehow turned out to be cottage cheese lumps that I could not beat with a mixer. Therefore, if you encounter the same scourge, wipe the received weight through a sieve, twice!!

Cottage cheese pour into molds for muffins (if there is a lucky for ice cream molds - I envy you ;-) ). To put our ice cream in the freezer.

After 2 hours I gave up and decided to remove test!!! So, after 2 hours it melts quickly enough, but the taste of this does not lose!!! The second sample I was removed in 5 hours (11pm, forgive me, all who are on a diet!!) - the melting was much more persistent, the taste - everything was delicious!!!
