Cooking

step-0
In warm milk dissolve 2 tbsp sugar and yeast. Leave for 5 minutes:)
step-1
In the milk mixture beat the egg, add a pinch of salt and melted butter. Mix well (I used whisk, need no mixer)
step-2
Parts add sifted flour. Initially I got scared because it took almost all flour in the recipe, and the dough still wasn't ready. But then I added some more flour and vymenila all perfectly, without effort. In the end I went flour 400 grams. It all depends on its quality:)
step-3
Leave the dough for an hour in a warm place. Wait, it's doubled. In the photo it shows.
step-4
We prepare our filling. Mix in a bowl the softened butter, cinnamon and sugar – all the stuffing is ready.
step-5
The finished dough roll out into a large rectangle, approximately 5 ml thick. Spread the filling on the entire surface of the dough and turn it into a roll.
step-6
Of course, you can do the classic bun, just cut up our rolls (I read that is most convenient to do a string) to pieces. But as I was preparing Estonian recipe-there's the whole "trick" in a beautiful flow in the form of a great wreath that looks just perfect! In this, our cut roll lengthwise in two parts Zapletal pigtail, turn it from both ends and form a wreath.
step-7
Lubricates the surface of the egg and put in oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees. I, for the joy of such beauty, about the blur I forgot, but all went well, got handsome:))
step-8
But then... a very interesting step. It can be missed, because by itself, the "empty" roll (I mean without the glaze) is also very good, but I was doing nothing and I decided to make a "glaze". Actually in the original recipe, you must mix icing sugar, vanilla, softened butter and cream cheese into a homogeneous mass and lubricate the warm wreath. But I have, alas, no cream cheese so I just mixed in the butter, sour cream and a powder and poured this mixture into my wreath.
step-9
Here is the wreath in the section. I apologize for the photo, when I remembered "Oh, yeah, in the context of the show" - this was the last piece, nicely photographed was not that:) and of course everyone is faced with the problem of what to convey the real beauty in the photo it is impossible,-it is necessary to believe the words: it was great!
