Once upon a time found this recipe in one of culinary magazine. In season oranges this recipe to me very often helps (with candied fiddling chore, and this drink is prepared from the peels of oranges). It turns out very refreshing, with a bright orange aroma. If you are interested, come visit.

Ingredients

  • Orange zest

  • Citric acid

    2 tsp

  • Sugar

    350 g

  • Water

    3 l

Crust with oranges add to the pot, add citric acid and 1 liter of water. Leave for 1 day.

A day later, brown take out of the pan (the water does not pour).

Grind the crusts in a blender or Mincer with a fine grid.

Add to pan, to water, where it soaked the crust, the rest is water, sugar and over low heat bring to a boil. But do not boil!!! Leave to cool in the pan, then filter and cool.
