Thickener sauces
Many novice (and not) the housewife in the preparation of gravy at times faced with the fact that when you add the flour the sauce is mixed. The taste is not affected, but the appearance (and the mood) plummets. I want to offer to Your attention a very simple way. A huge thank you to Ola. It is, indeed, a lifesaver.


  • Butter

    100 g

  • Flour

    100 g


To soft butter add the flour. IMPORTANT: do not overdo it with flour, otherwise you get gravy with donuts. :)
Stir until smooth.
Roll into balls the size of cherries. (This is a very nice hand process, as the dough is very soft and tender). Remove in the freezer for an hour. In the stew to add to the gravy at the rate of 2-3 ball 0.5 liters of water. Store in the freezer.
